By using our site, you acknowledge the practices described below.

01

Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you, automatically as you use our site, and occasionally from third parties who help us fulfill orders or verify business details.

Information you give us

  • Contact details — name, job title, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and company, shipping, and billing address.
  • Business information — company name, business type, website, tax or company registration details, and import or reseller information where relevant to a trade account or export documentation.
  • Quotation and order details — the products, quantities, dimensions, materials, finishes, logos, artwork, drawings, packaging, and destination you specify when requesting a quotation or placing an order, including OEM / ODM project files.
  • Payment information — bank and payment details needed to process or refund a payment. Payments are made by bank transfer or other methods agreed in your quotation, and are handled by banks and payment providers. We do not collect payment card details through this website.
  • Communications — messages you send through our quotation form, email, WhatsApp, phone, or other channels, including any drawings, photos, or documents you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, and pages viewed on yardave.com.
  • Location data — approximate location derived from your IP address, used to understand which markets we serve and to prepare relevant shipping information.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — as described in Section 3 below.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from freight forwarders and logistics partners confirming shipment status, from banks and payment providers confirming transaction outcomes, and from business verification or credit information services when reviewing a new trade relationship.

  6. Improve our website, product pages, and quotation tools based on how visitors use them.
  7. Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents, and screen for compliance with sanctions and export control laws.
